An accomplished entrepreneur, educator, speaker and pioneer of Behavioural Cash Flow Management, Stephanie Holmes-Winton is the Halifax based CEO of The Money Finder. Holmes-Winton founded the company in 2013 with a devout vision to create change in how Financial Advisors work with their clients. Holmes-Winton was intent on helping Financial Advisors merge technology and intrinsic human behaviour to find their clients’ more life from the money they already have.
Her reputation in the industry precedes her, landing a 2017 Finalist placement with EY Entrepreneur of the Year, placing in the Top 25 ShEO finalists in 2015 and being among Infusionsoft’s Top 3 Small Business ICONs in 2016.
She is a notable author of two books on spending and debt, $pent and Defusing the Debt Bomb, and she regularly appears as a subject matter expert on her own CTV segment, “Money Matters”. Her writing has been featured in The Globe & Mail, The Financial Post, Advisor.ca, Golden Girl Finance, Yahoo Finance Canada, on CBC Radio, in most major newspapers in Canada.
Stephanie had a successful decade-long career as a Financial Advisor before discovering that her true purpose was to make Behavioural Cash Flow Management a standardized process in the Financial technology space.
